Amy has been out and about throughout the Plano community, spending time with seniors, connecting with local organizations, sharing helpful resources, and finding plenty of opportunities to bring a little joy along the way.
From joining residents for games and activities to sharing sweet treats, enjoying one-on-one conversations, and connecting with seniors and staff at local communities, every visit is another opportunity to build meaningful relationships.
At HomeWell, caring for our community goes beyond the care we provide at home. We want seniors, families, and our community partners to know they have a team they can turn to for education, support, resources, and compassionate guidance.
