HomeWell Care Services Plano is thrilled to announce the promotion of Martha Clay to Executive Director.

For those who have worked alongside Martha in the community, this news comes as no surprise.

As Community Relations Manager, Martha has already made a tremendous impact throughout Plano and the surrounding areas by building meaningful relationships, supporting local healthcare partners, and passionately advocating for seniors and their families. Her dedication, compassion, and leadership have helped elevate both the HomeWell name and the level of care provided to the community.

Now, as Executive Director, Martha will continue leading with the same heart and vision that have already inspired so many.

Martha recently attended HomeWell’s national conference alongside representatives from across the country, where she connected with fellow franchise leaders, exchanged innovative ideas, and gained valuable insights to bring back to the Plano community.

“It was truly an honor to attend this year’s conference alongside HomeWell representatives from across the country. I had the opportunity to connect with franchise owners, exchange ideas, and gain valuable insights that will help us continue elevating the level of care we provide in our community.”

The conference theme, “HomeWell: A League of Our Own,” perfectly reflects Martha’s leadership style and the mission she carries forward each day.
